Governing Policy

The Terms and Conditions of this agreement and any disputes arising out of or related to the use of our services shall be governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of Spain. Any legal actions, suits, or proceedings related to this agreement (including, but not limited to, any disputes regarding the products sold by the e-retailer or the interpretation of the terms herein) shall be brought exclusively in the courts of Spain. The user agrees to submit to the jurisdiction of these courts and agrees that these courts are appropriate venues for resolving such disputes.

By using our services, the user acknowledges that they have read and understood this clause, and agree to be bound by it.
